STAGING SERVICES
We offer half or full day staging services where we use your furniture and accessories as much as possible.  Using the “TOP TEN” most important things that should be done right away, we will rearrange your furnishings and picture placement for optimum eye appeal, work with you to declutter and neutralize your home to appeal to most home buyers.  We can bring in props and items that will “soften” and provide the emotional connection so important for that “feel home” connection you want buyers to have. 

VACANT HOME SERVICES
We offer vacant home staging where furniture and accessories are available to rent.  We will choose beautiful furnishings and completely supervise and coordinate the arrival and placement of the furnishings.  At the end of the day, your home will have that “feel home” warm and inviting look that you want to achieve. 

HOME OWNERS
H & W Home Staging also offers Home Owners the opportunity to update your current home style.  We offer custom consulting services that focus on lighting, color coordination, rearrange existing furniture, adding accessories, shopping, etc. to make each room into a sunny, bright, warm and inviting space.  Whatever you desire your home to be, we will work closely with you to accomplish that goal.
